I’ve not been in it’s rooms, but we celebrate the birthday of my father in law. Everything was fantastic and amazing! The staff was so friendly and collaborative with us! Perfect place in Albania!

Awesome hotel. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The in house bar, restaurant and breakfast are all fantastic. Close taxi ride to all the good nightlife and things to do in Tirana. Had the pleasure of staying here for 16 days on a business trip. Staff was very pleasant and made our stay feels like home. The hotel is new and everything is very well taken care of. Great outdoor and indoor pool and SPA facilities.Location is great and calm and not very far from the center of the city. Great if you want to have night walks in the Parku i Liqenit which is 5 minutes walk from the hotel Tive o prazer de ficar aqui por 16 dias em uma viagem de negócios. A equipe foi muito agradável e fez a nossa estadia parece em casa. O hotel é novo e tudo muito bem cuidado. Excelente piscina exterior e interior e instalações de SPA.A localização é ótima e calma e não muito longe do centro da cidade. Ótimo se você quiser fazer caminhadas noturnas no Parku i Liqenit, que fica a 5 minutos a pé do hotel

El personal fue muy agradable e hizo que nuestra estancia se sintiera como en casa. El hotel es nuevo y todo está muy bien cuidado. Gran piscina cubierta y al aire libre e instalaciones de SPA.La ubicación es genial y tranquila y no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad. Genial si quieres dar paseos nocturnos en el Parku i Liqenit que está a 5 minutos a pie del hotel.

Absolutely love this new luxurious hotel in Tirana. After a week by Duress Beach the hotel exceeded my expectations. 🙌😁 The staff are friendly and helpful. Xhulia at reception is very approachable for some information and speaks great English 👌🇦🇺. I would stay here again when the opportunity arises 🤞💯🇦🇱 Absolutamente amo este novo hotel de luxo em Tirana. Depois de uma semana por Duress Beach o hotel superou minhas expectativas. 🙌😁 Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Xhulia na recepção é muito acessível para algumas informações e fala inglês muito bem 👌🇦🇺. Ficaria aqui novamente quando surgir a oportunidade 🤞💯🇦🇱

They fooled me concerning the prize and the room size. Sold me a junior suite with 35 m2 and gave me a normal room with 30 m2. As a walk in client I paid even more than if I have booked through a booking platform. So, overall I paid more and got less. This is how they treat the clients. Pitty, because the hotel is nice and they have a potential for so much more if they would be fair. Eles me enganaram em relação ao prêmio e ao tamanho do quarto. Vendeu-me uma suite júnior com 35 m2 e deu-me um quarto normal com 30 m2. Como cliente de entrada, paguei ainda mais do que se tivesse reservado através de uma plataforma de reservas. Então, no geral, eu paguei mais e recebi menos. É assim que tratam os clientes. Pitty, porque o hotel é bom e eles têm um potencial para muito mais se forem justos.

A Coleção Radisson foi uma ótima acomodação para meus dias em Tirana. É um novo hotel de estilo francês. Tem um lobby agradável, os quartos são muito confortáveis, limpos, com um estilo clássico e elegante. Você pode tomar café da manhã no jardim à beira do lago e aproveitar a piscina. Apesar de não ficar longe do centro, é necessário carro para ir a qualquer lugar.

Its a lovely classic hotel with a lot of character. The collection rooms are very small but quite well layed out for their size. The breakfast and food were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the French toast. I also want to shout out the excellent reception staff in particular Tia, she was wonderful, warm and helpful with any issue.The poor comes in the form of management decisions to apparently do nothing for Radisson loyalty. Gold members are supposed to be offered upgrades(There was space available on my dates), receive a welcome gift/amenities and a 15% discount in the hotel restaurant. This hotel does not honour any of this and adding fuel to the fire the woman was plain rude about it when queried. Poor, if you can't even honour the little that radissons supposed best customers receive for their loyalty. Which begs the question - why even be a Radisson hotel? It seems they only want the name recognition without honouring their base. They do not replenish water after day 1. Cheap and poverty decision making. Management should rethink this approach or risk alienating their clients and harming the Radisson brand further. É um encantador hotel clássico com muito carácter. As salas de coleta são muito pequenas, mas muito bem dispostas para seu tamanho. O café da manhã e a comida eram excelentes. Eu particularmente gostei da torrada francesa. Eu também quero gritar a excelente equipe da recepção em particular Tia, ela foi maravilhosa, calorosa e prestativa com qualquer problema.O pobre vem na forma de decisões gerenciais que aparentemente não fazem nada pela lealdade do Radisson. Os membros Gold devem receber upgrades (havia espaço disponível nas minhas datas), receber um presente/comodidades de boas-vindas e um desconto de 15% no restaurante do hotel. Este hotel não honra nada disso e, adicionando combustível ao fogo, a mulher foi rude quando questionada. Pobre, se você não consegue nem honrar o pouco que radissons supostamente melhores clientes recebem por sua lealdade. O que levanta a questão - por que ser um hotel Radisson? Parece que eles só querem o reconhecimento do nome sem honrar sua base. Eles não reabastecem a água após o dia 1. Tomada de decisão barata e pobre. A administração deve repensar essa abordagem ou arriscar alienar seus clientes e prejudicar ainda mais a marca Radisson.

También quiero agradecer al excelente personal de recepción, en particular a Tia, fue maravillosa, cálida y servicial con cualquier problema.Lo malo viene en forma de decisiones gerenciales de aparentemente no hacer nada por la lealtad de Radisson. El Radisson Collection ha sido un gran alojamiento para mis días en Tirana. Es un hotel nuevo de estilo francés. Tiene un lindo Lobby, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias, con un estilo clásico y elegante. Se puede desayunar en el jardín junto al lago y disfrutar de la piscina. Si bien no está alejado del centro se requiere un auto para ir a cualquier sitio.

Todos espetaculares. Quartos, limpeza, Spa e serviços, um excelente 5 estrelas. Realmente ótima estadia. O restaurante é altamente recomendado. O Chef é certamente o melhor de toda a Albânia.
