“I have heard people say that Alaia could be anywhere in the world and although that is true to an extent, don't let that distract you from the fact that such a place is unique in Belize. It is beautiful, thoughtful in it's design, relaxing, chic and organic at the same time. The service has been improving and it shows everytime I visit, be it staying the night, staying somewhere else but having drinks at their pool bar or enjoying one of their restaurants. Matter of fact, The Deck restaurant is a new family favorite, we had dinner there just a few days ago and the wait staff was top notch and a compliment to the exceptional food. If food can touch your soul then their truffle pizza did just that to us.”
