“I stayed here as my last stop leaving Peru. The hotel is modern and comfortable and in a great location. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was also very good. I am mainly writing this review to thank the staff for the help when I became ill. I was alone as my friends were on a excursion and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Jesus from security and Iris for the front desk, assisted me with everything from taking my temperature to retrieving medication and hydration solutions for me. They even followed up to make sure I okay throughout my stay. I am very grateful them and was beyond impressed with the service. I would recommend staying here when in Lima and would definitely stay again.”
