Solid for a 2-star hotel. Good location, helpful staff, fast wifi. Note that there is no fridge or safe in the room.

Hotel bien situado, muy cerca del centro y perfecto para turista. La habitación para 4 es magnífica, estancias separadas, ambas con TV con Chromecast de fácil acceso. Se permite mascotas. Perfecto salvo el restaurante que es bastante sencillo.

La ubicación es estupenda, cerca de las paradas de metro Rato y Avenida. Es ideal para ir andando hasta los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad, como el Elevador de Santa Justa o la Plaza del Comercio. Tanto la habitación como el baño estaban muy limpios, además este último era muy amplio. Hotel muy recomendable en Lisboa

Tenía reserva para junio y por el covid obviamente no pude ir. Intente comunicarme con el hotel para cancelarla y me dijeron que no se podía cancelar. Una vergüenza. Jamas volveré a la cadena Ibis Les recomiendo que vayan a hoteles que sean más comprensibles y no terminen perdiendo su dinero como yo

It's a whole new ibis. I hadn't stayed in ibis in a longtime and I only went there because of the Accor Hotels fidelity program and because it had a very good price/location. I was surprised because they've managed to add quality and design to the ration. It goes way beyond the two stars. Also would like to highlight the plastic free and sustainable responsible breakfast.

Except for the terrible smell from the bathroom sink it's a solid standard ibis, very well located in proximity to Liberdade.

All that you expect from an Ibis Hotel, nice clean and modern. Loved that the front desk tries to use as little paper as possible and that they have recycling bins in the lobby. Didn't try the food but saw signs saying that they had food 24h. Breakfast was $7.40 €. Its located very close to Liberdade Avenue on a steep hill and close to the Barrio Alto neighborhood. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom very modern and spacious. Definetly will consider when visiting Lisbon in the future.

Nice Ibis hotel. Lovely staff very helpful. Rooms are good, with a comfy bed. Just what you need after a days walking around Lisbon. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here, the location is very good - sited just off Liberdade Avenue. They have on site parking, but the helpful staff are happy to advise on cheaper alternatives nearby. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean and modern, and let's be honest, you don't visit Lisbon to spend all of your time in your room (I hope). They have an onsite bar and restaurant with breakfast offered at €6.90 although we didn't make use of this service. There are also bars and cafes within a short stroll. I would be happy to stay here again.
