“Lindo, pero no excelente, no tienen playa, es todo incluido básico y horarios de bar abierto restringido, buen parque acuático en el hotel”
— Andrea Del Pilar Ortiz
“DO NOT GO TO THIS RESORT IF YOU ARE AMERICAN!! The customer service here was atrocious. The attitudes of the staff was horrendous, almost as though asking them to do there job was a bother. They act as though they don't speak English and some even refused to speak it even when asked. Everything is in Dutch which would have been fine if they didn't give you the wrong information when asked to translate it... this has been my worst experience on any of the many carribbean islands.”
— Tisha James
