A estadia no geral foi muito boa, porém achamos o ambiente (em termos de decoração) bastante carregado, talvez por causa do excesso das cores vermelha e dourado. O quarto era confortável, porém notamos que um dos lados do colchão já estava meio "viciado" e pendia para o lado de fora da cama. O carpete tinha manchas que infelizmente davam a aparência de sujeira, muito embora estivessem limpos, tanto nos quartos, quanto nas areas comuns. O Café da manhã era bem completo, mas a apresentação da comida era pouco prática, embora charmosa. As vezes o simples é mais elegante que o complexo. No geral, o hotel tem uma boa localização, numa área tranquila e arborizada. Havendo uma reformulação de decoração e uma melhor conservação. O Staff é atencioso e habilidoso.

Update: please confirm and reconfirm with the staff that breakfast is included in your reservation or not. We had been told it is included and we enjoyed it daily. We got charges later on! ------------------ Location is perfect. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served is the newly renovated restaurant. Overall a great experience. Rooms are small, so you might be better to leave the stroller with the reception if you are travelling with kids.

We loved this hotel. State of the art facility and the staff was very welcoming. Special thanks to housekeeping, barkeeper and the breakfast staff as they were very friendly and took care of us. We will definitely come back. Thumbs up.

Stayed in Sofitel during Web Summit for 3 nights, and was quite glad that I did. Excellent central location, competent and friendly service. Beautiful common area, and well designed too outside and inside. Nice bar too, well stocked. As Accor Platinum Member, enjoyed the complimentary drinks, platinum amenity, and suite upgrade. Suite was spacious, tasteful, clean, and with good quality furnishings in the rooms and bathrooms. All in all, perfect stay. It doesn't come particularly cheap in comparison with other hotels in the area, but luxury and quality are winning combo for me.

Viajamos en septiembre (2021), nos gustó mucho todo lo que un hotel de este nivel proporciona, un lugar de entrada más que agradable, un hall y unos profesionales correctos, se nota la profesionalidad y el trato elegante. La habitación comodisima, limpieza, espacio, cama en la que te pierdes, literalmente, quizás algo blanda para mi gusto pero el colchoncillo que ponen entre el colchón y tú y se nota. Te abren la cama de noche, zapatillas, toallas y el gel y productos del baño de Hermes.. sin palabras, somos adictos en casa a el, su perfume dura. Buen secador en el baño, bolsitas intimas, kleenex,.. todo está cuidado, incluso la moqueta que ayuda a amortiguar los ruidos de tacones y maletas en los pasillos y dentro de las habitaciones. El parking algo caro la verdad, siendo un hotel de esa clase.. Siempre volvemos a Sofitel! Gracias!

Really fantastic experience. Drove in and someone came out of the hotel immediately to help us. He helped us find a spot close by since we were leaving for Airport so early the next morning. When inside, we were approached by multiple people to see if we needed help. The lobby is super luxe as well!

Gorgeous on the outside, lobby and room a bit smaller than expected. Comfy beds, and a small but functional work area. Big pluses - location and service - both top rate! Everyone is extremely friendly especially the serving staff at the restaurant. Felt like family right away. The food is superb too, an unidentified one star Michelin in quality and presentation! Get the foie gras grapes (trick of the eye dish) and lamb for some melt in your mouth tenderness. We had it twice in our 6 day stay because it was so tasty!

Esse hotel realmente merece uma ótima classificação. Para começar ....toda equipe da recepção bem atenciosos e cordiais . Suites bem espaçosas e limpas . O café da manhã é bem diversificado e com qualidade . O restaurante do hotel é muito agradável , aconchegante , vale a pena apreciar as delícias q tem no cardápio. Há 4 anos atrás quando nesse hotel nos hospedamos em Lisboa , foi muito marcante positivamente. Alguns funcionários se destacam de uma forma maravilhosa ( um deles o gerente ) q tornou nossa viagem mais agradável nos auxiliando em algumas coisas necessárias . Sem dúvidas , quando retornar em Lisboa , me hospedarei nesse maravilhoso hotel .

Su atención directamente relacionada con el estándar de servicio de Sofitel. No son mis preferidos pues siguen ese manual distante y poco personalizado de los pequeños hoteles. Sus instalaciones están a mi criterio, fuera de una experiencia contemporánea del diseño interior.

O hotel é maravilhoso, só perde no tamanho do guarda roupa que é mt pequeno e a cama de casal que são duas de solteiro. Tirando isso, o atendimento é maravilhoso, o restaurante tem uma excelente gastronomia... todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. Eu recomendo

Seven nights stay had been pleasant and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and breakfast was good enough. However the size of room was a bit smaller than I expected at a five star hotel. The location was perfect for work, tour and shopping. Dinner in the restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel was excellent and enjoyable and tasty.

Es la tercera vez que vengo la verdad que estaba muy contenta y realmente la atención es buena por parte del personal ,pero considero que si en esta época del año se necesita más personal se debería de cambiar la política de empresa y contratar más personas ,creo que el cliente no debe esperar dos hora y media en que le den la habitación y que cuando uno sale después de desayunar a las 12,00 horas vuelva a las 14,30 horas y su habitación siga sin estar arreglada ,cama sin hacer ,cuarto de baño sin hacer, no me parece que sea de recibo ... No se si Dios quiere volvere al año que viene a este hotel ,me da mucha pena ,pero no me gusta llamar quejarme ,no es lo mío, no me importa pagar siempre y cuando reciba una atencióncomo corresponde .

We were there to celebrate our anniversary, hotel provide us some surprise gift. The staff are professional and attentive. Breakfast is perfect, with wide variety of choice and delicious. The hotel is not new, but well maintained. Overall recommended. Just one thing, the shower temperature is not stable, it's either too cold or too hot.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit HotelBuIIy. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Well located and professionally run. The concierge were helpful, knowledgeable and affable. My room was spacious, well-equipped and the housekeeping staff were great. Only things to mention are that the fitness area is pretty minimal and there is no swimming pool.

A really nice hotel conveniently located in the centre of Lisbon not far away from the historical centre and by the metro. Everything is super clean, the Avenida view is just splendid and the breakfasts are great with many fruit options. Also the staff is pretty attentive and polite. The wi-fi speed is ok. As for the furniture and technical appliances they are a bit outdated (our air conditioner was really loud) but in good condition. But be really careful with your bills (especially in the restaurant) and sure to double check to avoid any surprise charges. Overall, a pleasant experience in Lisbon that we wold love to repeat!

Nuestra estadía fue muy agradable. Vuestro personal nos atendió muy bien. Excelente el desayuno, aunque por momentos no es lo ideal esperar que preparen los huevos, es preferible tenerlos hechos y a disposición del huésped.

En general buena, yo me he hospedado en muchos hoteles de vuestra cadena y casi nunca me han pedido firmar una garantía solo han tomado mis datos de tarjeta lo cual me parece para un cliente menos agresivo. Pero en este hotel me pidieron una garantía de 1200 euros a pesar de haber tomado tres habitaciones con desayuno y pagado de antemano. Luego a mi salida me han preguntado si tuve consumos he dicho que NO y el empleado de conserjería me dijo que había dado de baja la garantía. Esto fue a mi salida del hotel día 10 de agosto, aun a la fecha 18 de agosto este importe figura en mi tarjeta y no ha sido dado de baja y hoteles de otras cadenas que he tomado después, durante mis vacaciones y que nunca había ido ya me dieron de baja sus garantías.
